Delivery

Every item is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. When you order, we buy the garment in your size and colour, send it to our decorator, and your gym's logo is applied to that specific piece. That is why it is not next-day.

Typically delivered within 10–12 working days. That covers sourcing the garment, decoration, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Busy periods. Between July and October decoration takes longer and orders may run a few days past the usual window. We will always email you when your order is on its way.

Personalised items. Anything with a name or text on it is made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
